We can provide Total Nucleic Acid extraction and DNA purification for a variety of different research applications, either as a standalone service or as an add-on to our HLA Typing Laboratory Service.

  • DNA extraction from a variety of sample types, e.g. whole blood, buffy coat, frozen cells.
  • Elution of Total Nucleic Acid, or DNA purification.
  • Requires as little as 100 µL sample.
  • Quantitation and 260/280 ratio determined as standard.
  • dsDNA quantitation available upon request.
